This program hit home for me on so many levels & it was a relief to feel validated for all the resistance I have felt in my life. It was so manageable in bite size little segments. It held my attention, and you are so grounded in the videos that it was easy to focus.
I love the explanation of what is happening with the stress response in the body and mind, it’s something I teach my patients about on the daily and is so important for people to understand.

What has been helping me so far is the practice of letting go. Your voice popped in my head on Wednesday and said " If you don't feel better after letting it go then you can have the feelings back.”
So I mustard up the courage to practice it even though I was upset. Me and my boyfriend had a fight and it's really hard to let go sometimes when some things are important to you. But i did feel better and i could be in forgiveness because of it.
